Case Study: NSK gives snowmobile owners a fighting chance
Problem: Under the harsh winter conditions that snowmobiles are exposed to, bearing life can be miserably short. Most snowmobile owners have experienced the cost and headache of replacing all of the bearings in small wheels of their sled’s suspension and track – usually more than once.
Solution: NSK took a look at what was being used by OEMs and knew we had a product that could perform better:

Result: We had an OEM customer test our specially designed 6205 bearings in the field against a major competitor’s product for 300 hours. The difference was so stunning that it makes you want to go get the right NSK bearings in your sled now. Just look at the internal condition of the two bearings:
